Physiotherapist Position Available

Full-time position (earn upwards of $100k)

ABOUT US

Formation Physio is on the look out for an eager Physiotherapist to join our boutique physiotherapy practice in the heart of South Hurstville. 

Our mission is to help people get back to the things they love. We believe in spending time with our clients to understand their specific needs, concerns and goals. We collaborate to develop the most appropriate treatment plans to achieve desired goals in the context of the whole person, not just the injury.

We do this by offering individual consultations (at a minimum of 40-minutes), a strong focus on education, active rehabilitation and hands on treatment when needed.

 

THE ROLE

The role is for a full-time Physiotherapist with the base salary dependant on experience plus bonus/incentives package (earn upwards of $100k)

The role involves:

  • Managing a varied musculoskeletal caseload

  • Sports injuries - work with local sporting teams, gyms 

  • Occupational injuries 

  • National Disability Insurance Scheme

  • Developing your career and interest areas as a physiotherapist and helping to drive internal and external marketing initiatives

  • Working on quality improvement and community projects to give back to the local area

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Degree qualified in physiotherapy

  • AHPRA registration

  • Professional indemnity & public liability insurance

  • >2 years clinical experience in private practice

  • Ability to work in a small close knit team

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

  • Group rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and/or Pilates training

  • Experience in providing telehealth consults
