Physiotherapist - Contractor Positions - Victoria & South Australia

THE ROLE

Formation Physio is on the look out for a keen physiotherapist to deliver exceptional onsite physiotherapy services for approximately 11 weeks located in;

  • Dandenong, Victoria (2 x 4 hours per week)

  • Truganina, Victoria (4 hours per week)

  • Edinburgh Park, South Australia (4 hours per week)

  • Cavan, South Australia (4 hours per week)

The role involves:

  • Onsite physiotherapy services

  • Managing a varied musculoskeletal and occupational injuries

  • Manual handling assessments

  • Leading prevention programs and strategies to deliver best practice to onsite and corporate workplaces


THE DETAILS

  • Contractor positions

    • Dandenong, Victoria (2 x 4 hours per week)

    • Truganina, Victoria (4 hours per week)

    • Edinburgh Park, South Australia (4 hours per week)

    • Cavan, South Australia (4 hours per week)

  • $70-75 per hour dependent on experience

  • Begins 13 October 2025 to 01 January 2026 (with potential to extend for the right physio)

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Degree qualified in physiotherapy

  • AHPRA registration

  • Professional indemnity & public liability insurance

  • >2 years clinical experience in private practice

  • Ability to work in a small close knit team
